You have to pay the processing fee when adding funds AND ALSO when checking out the item! WTF!!?? What are they processing on the second time when they just take money from your balance and there are no bank payments whatsoever??
When you buy with your funds, there’s no processing fee. Processing fees only apply to whatever you charge to your Credit Card or PayPal. So if you don’t have enough funds and must charge some more to your PayPal, that amount will incur processing fee.
