Can I get help or what?

I made a forum post 4 days ago asking if I could buy from Puerto Rico because it wouldn’t let me even though a moderator here told me I could. Support hasn’t answered back in 2 days and the only response they gave me was useless. Can I get my simple question answered?

I’m not sure about physical goods (due to shipping), but for digital, you can definitely buy from anywhere. If your purchase is under review, then you need to contact support as the issue is specific to your case.

If USPS first class can ship to Puerto Rico for the same price as continental USA, then it shouldn’t be a problem, but I think it costs way more if you ship outside of continental USA.
