Cancelled Purchases issue

I have cancelled two purchases (in-game items) and Never got my money back. I used a non-reloadable gift card (Vanilla Master card) to purchase both of them

First transaction: 91e6778c-248c-400f-91b7-6b46621e3493

Second transaction: 56c81521-afa2-4b45-8b30-882c77ae2448
