Help, please! A Google Play card code did not work for me, and the seller was unable to get a response from Google. I have a day left before the rating timer runs out, but when I try to file a dispute, I get a message saying that an error occurred. I’ve tried several times on Chrome and Edge. I put in a support ticket, but it said to expect a reply in 2-4 days, which would be after I can file a dispute. My order ID is: ad751357-5d58-4dde-9458-bb35fb4b189d, and my invite code is: 9DCHTJ.
EDIT (10:06, 5/25): Just saw advice to download the app and file a dispute there. It appears to have gone through, thankfully.
