CS2 items stuck on bot

Hello!

Some time ago i have got message from one of my buyers about problem with receiving some items from Gameflip bot. After that i decide to return all items from Gameflip bot and got same problem with 8 items.

Yep. I’d opened ticket week ago. But get answered only today. And don’t get resolution for now. Just want to inform other users who use bot trades (sellers or buyers not matter) what there can be a problem.

Sadly, but still no any resolution from support…

Your case has already been reported to the engineering team and is under technical analysis. We do not yet have a resolution date, but we have internally reinforced the priority of the issue.

In the meantime, we recommend continuing to monitor the support channel where the ticket was opened, as this is where any more detailed updates will be communicated directly.
