Can't open a dispute with seller


I’ve bought a Spectrum 2 case key from a seller on gameflip, and the payment went through. I’m trying to retrieve my item through a bot trade however, and it says ‘‘Item missing. See’’. I’ve sent the seller a message about it, but I’ve yet to see a reply, and I don’t want to have the seller auto rated as a good seller. It seems as though he is a trustworthy seller, and I believe (and hope) that it’s a misunderstanding. If I could find out how to contact gameflip about the issue, that would be appreciated.
