I bought a item 3 days ago. Didnt work. I put it on dispute. I have had no communication at all ftom seller. How do i get my mobey back
Did you escalate the dispute? If you have not, you can read the article below, escalate the dispute and provide the evidence inside the dispute. Here is all the information about disputes. (Including what evidence is required etc.
If you want to try to get more help, after doing what I mentioned above, you could submit a ticket to support

You can also try to message the seller again. (It will prove that you attempted to contact seller but seller did not reply)
