Delay on BTC Payouts

Hello, I requested a BTC payment 1 week ago and it’s still Pending. When will BTC payouts be sent?

Also, I noticed that I am receiving an error (“Payout of USD to USDC (ethereum) is not supported”) when I am trying to request a payment with USDC.

Can we please get help as soon as possible?
