It has been a week now since I requested payout via bitcoin and the payout status still reads “in transit”. I have tried several times to contact Gameflip support but no response.
There is no customer support agent online and none of my tickets has been responded to. This is not acceptable and not a good way to treat your customers especially sellers.
How do you expect me to continue doing business when I am unable to receive my payout from you. I demand to receive a response from you immediately.

Same for me. Withdrawal ordered 05.10.2024 still not received. I don’t want to complain, but this happens here often. And the administrators have been promising new ways to withdraw funds for several years now.

It’s really bad. This has been going on for a long time now and I don’t know why they can not replace the BTC payout option with USDT or USDC which is 1:1 to the USD. At least if we know we are withdrawing via USDT we can stay calm knowing we won’t lose any funds in case of delays. BITCOIN is not the only crypto currency for God sake!. If BTC is not working out, It should be changed to a more favorable cryptocurrency option. This is not fair to sellers at all.

Mine has been pending for 3 days now too
