Everytime i try to make a purchase it gets put on hold why ?

Everytime i make a purchase it wont go through ive done what you guys have asked me to do ive sent you pics of me holding my id and everything else you wanted me to do multiple times its getting very frustrating ive bought lots of rl items and ive sold them but now i can’t make a purchase plz fix once and for all not just fix it temporarily thx
