Hello, in my opinion, I believe they were testing it because I don’t think there was any offical announcement stating that was released. I also am unable to find it anywhere now.

Gameflip has had this for several months now (at least 2-3 months?) and this option is only available at certain times though I don’t see any mention of a time schedule. Most likely during the daytime hours during the weekdays. Since Gameflip is based in the US, I would assume its based on a US time zone. Otherwise, just use the ticket support system like Sparkling mentioned though help might not be as fast as the live chat.
