Gold Subscription problem

Hello Gameflip,

I have problem with my gold subscription. Usually when im listing item the fees should be 4% but today when im listing my item, the fees charge goes 10%, how come? Otherwise my monthly gold subscription still not expired. Can you please check my issue?
