As I informed you above, that verification was rejected since you have already verified your ID.
In this case, you would need to verify your Master Card, to reduce purchase reviews on your account.

Hi the master card that Im using is dont have physical card. I’am using PAYMAYA because it has free mastercard when you add 100 Php (my currency) on it and it if you are verified paymaya account.
But I have visa card here physical card its still from PAYMAYA.

Yes, if all the information is visible from their app and you are able to take a picture of the information and then a selfie with the credit card on the app, we are able to accept the verification.
