somehow my add fund was pending to long and my items i want to buy is sold. can someone help me to cancel add fund?

You cancel these yourselves next time by visiting (web) Menu > Wallet > USD Wallet > Add Funds tab. The bottom right of this page has a list of Add Fund transactions and status. Clicking on the link will lead you to page where you can view the detail and where you can find the Cancel button at the bottom if it has not gone through yet.
