I submited my national ID for verification but I am not able to upload my mobile bill because I am using prepaid SIM card. I have contacted the company (Straight Talk) and they won’t provide anything else. Gameflip doesn’t accept the screen shots I have sent from their website either.
This situation has caused funds that have already left my account to be held by Gameflip pending the submission of a document I cannot obtain. I am not given an option to cancel the transactions either. Email support is unresponsive.
