so gameflip support did get back to me this morning about my order that was under review however i received this message saying i have to add more information… now i can do #1 & #3 as listed but i don’t have access to my phone bill due to me being under someone elses line so i don’t get the monthly bills to my home nor does it have my name on it… what should i do?
oh yea! and my license has a different address from where i am living now i have recently moved does that matter as well?
You must sent support the information you have and then explain why you don’t have a phone bill and why the address on the ID doesn’t match.
They will verify your information and continue the verificaiton process.
