When you apply for it, you have to put a BTC address. And that changes with every payment, so now I’m approved but after I witdhraw it’ll change so next time I have to do the same process and wait a week or so? You guys didn’t think of this or am I missing something?

You can opt to generate a new address to receive BTC to stay “anonymous”. However, your old address can always receive. That’s how Bitcoin address works.
The recommendation is to generate a new address to keep anonymity, but Gameflip is required to do KYC and keep record, so they cannot payout to whatever address you want.
