I have Question for Account Unsuppend

Hi. I just have a few question about how gameflip unsuppend my account.
Gameflip staff told me my account will be unsuppend after 10/10, so in 10/10 i have already contacted them for unsuppend my account, i received answer email like that

As said before your account will be unsuspended after 10/10

So how do i understand about that? It mean they will help me unban my account on working time after 10/10 or do i need do anything more?

Your ticket was answered and your suspension removed, please follow the rules to not get suspended again.
