Doubt this is a place to ask but I’ve already contacted support yesterday and so far, have heard nothing back.
I’m trying to log into my Skrill account so I can make sure that I can withdraw my money from Gameflip before actually sending it to my Skrill account. However, I got a new phone a couple of days ago so I do not have the 2-factor authentication code or whatever it’s called- and it’s not accepting my pin, which I thought was the “one time password” thing but I guess it’s not. What am I supposed to do now?
Edit: This has been fixed as of March 13th. Skrill finally contacted me back and we took care of the issue.
