This morning I tried to withdraw $112.50 to my Skrill account. I thought the Gameflip app would redirect me to log in to Skrill so that I could connect my account, but that didn´t happen. So now there is no money in my Skrill account, and when I go to balance it says I withdrew the money. How can we fix this? Am I missing out on anything?
Has you issue already been resolved.
Keep in mind that in the withdraw screen, the following information is shown:
" Important: You must have a Skrill account linked to this email in order to receive your payment."
So the email that you have registered on Gameflip needs to be the same one on Skrill.
Also, have you opened a ticket for this?
