You can feel free to try another number, but we cannot guarantee that it will work since some countries are not supported by our system.
Regarding the withdraw, you will need to verify which available provider accepts making withdraws to your country, but I do not believe you will have issues with a new phone number.
The only withdraw option that needs a phone bill verification is the Bitcoin withdraw.
