Hello i bought google play card , my first time buying here, i tought its gonna be good and smooth , bur i was wrong , i sent my verified documents , ID , puc with me and my ID , and phone bill, so far didnt get any replay, waited for more then 24 hours !

how long does this process usually takes? is it okay if i used my university id because my country is so corrupt the best thing they can give to me as my license is the receipt.
