It won't let me post the tracking number of two items.

It keeps saying
ArgumentError: tracking cannot be created, message: The tracking number does not belong to the carrier you specified. Please confirm that both the carrier and tracking number are correct.
When I know for sure it is incoming.

Is it one tracking number or two tracking numbers that you’re trying to post into the form? Please provide the carrier you are using and the tracking number. Keep in mind that only ONE tracking is permitted per order.

This issue is different I have two items I sold and it won’t let me post either tracking number.

If you haven’t already done so, please take screenshots of these problems and make sure to screenshot the error message and send it to support so they can look into it.
