Possibly scammed

I use Gameflip’s shipping. A buyer made a purchase, followed by asking about bundling the first purchase with another to save on shipping. I agreed. Of course the second item has no shipping tracking.

Later, when the delivery arrives, the buyer only rates the first shipment, not the second order and has been ignoring my attempts to communicate. Will anything happen if I contact support or am I screwed?

If you haven’t done so already, please contact Support so we can further look into this for you and mark the listing as received. For future reference, if something like this comes up again, you should also input the tracking number in the second listing. If you do not the ability to do so, you should add it to the comments between you and the Buyer.
