I tried to retrieve my skin and couldn’t do the trade because was happen an error, now this message appears “Automatic delivery via Bot (Function not available, see why!)” and now i can’t retrieve my skin. How do i retrieve it? I can prove that it’s my skin if you want. Sincerely.

At least i didn’t get the skins. Talk with the support, they’re extremely
