i have more than 150$ in my account and today i try to withdraw it because i live in croatia and there is big problem with corona virus so i need to buy things. it says need approval, i contact support and someone named "Lahiri " he will flag it as urgent and process to financial team, and now i receive mail its denied and my account got banned for some reason, i dont have any negative rep or something every customer is the best.
Please help me i really need this money
