Hello people! Just recently started using this site for dota 2 items! My first purchase was smooth however my second purchase, its been over 24+ hours that its under review! I’m completely clueless as to what is going on! Can any staff/mods/admins help?
Purchase reviews can take up to 48 hours to clear.
Please let us know if after this period your purchase is still under review.

Thank you for replying. My transaction was completed however why is it taking so much time for other orders to complete? I have verified by phone and identity too! Still takes 24+ hours under review! So frustating 
We have to manually review purchases, so it could take some time.
Since you have sent ID and phone for verification, it is likely that your purchases won’t fall under review next time.
