Opened dispute now for 13 days!!!!!!!

I somewhat got scammed of a $10 psn card which i bought for $6 - it seems like the seller forgot that he listed it and forgot that he even had a gameflip account and redeemed the code
So ofc he doesnt reply - and i opened a dispute - now 13 days have passed and nothing - i want these $6…
