I opened a dispute last week for a purchase of a PSN gift card that was invalid and it is still on hold. I was told my funds would be refunded by email but there has been no activity or communication since then and I have yet to receive or see any type of refund process start. The purchase just shows as being on hold in my account. I’ve tried posting in the dispute itself for the last 3 days but no one from Gameflip has responded to me. PLEASE HELP!!!
