Pending Funds Problem

So this is nearly the tenth time I have added funds to my account. Had no issues the previous times. For some reason, instead of taking 1-2 minutes like my previous transactions, it is taking hours, and in my activity feed, it says my Adding Funds is “Pending”. Is there any way I can fix this?

Yes. Have you uploaded your Identification and Card on their verification page?
