I cant buy anything now becase everytime i try to buy something i get asked for a phone bill, I DONT HAVE ONE because i use a prepaid phone, Also i have sent my Id, aand on the last purchase i had to send a selfie with my Id and my Sign, i think thats enough proof, but i tried to buy something and i get this under review problem again. HELP
