Please Everytime my transaction being under review

If there anybody can help me!
Everytime i place an order i find myself under review althought the ID approved and my credit card also , regarding the phone bill i don’t have no phone bill to provide
what can i do !

If there any one can help me i will be appreciated i have some adding funds to my wallet pending !!

while you use a card that is from a differente country from yours, your purchases will be put under review.

I made a fix in your account now, but if you repeat the action above, your purchases will be put under review again.
