Product under review

This stupid “Product under review” crap is annoying. I had this happen on a previous purchase which was understanding as i thought it was a one off thing that took three days to resolve but now i’m getting it on a purchase i was meant to receive in at most half an hour but now it’ll take 3 days. i have no clue what caused the purchase to come under review but it gets quite annoying as the email responses are always after about 5 hours from each other.
