Purchase in Progress due to Document Verification

Hi all,

Order ID: 90290a8f-73dd-4ed0-81ef-dc6780baf105

Recently I was asked by Gameflip to verify my identity through the document verification process where I had to upload my legal ID, phone bill, and my VISA card. All three of the documents I have uploaded have been approved, but my purchase is still in progress and I still have yet to receive my purchase. Does anyone know when will I receive my order? Have this happened to anyone else?

You can post your invite code and Order ID so a moderator can check, or create a help ticket and include those information so support can look up your account.
