Text Verification issue

I have had this issue from august 1st. it still has not been fixed so just asking for help again

I am not receiving code to my phone for text verify.

Lost sales and got bad feedback for this small issue gameflip does not care for a second

When you mention “text verify”, do you mean having trouble to login to your account (or recover password)? If so, make sure that if you login using username + password, both are case “sensitive”. Also try the email (if recovery) option as well (only works if your email was verified).

Have you also tried the following?

What did the moderator say to you? Did you provide them your information so they can look up your account?

yea they looked up everything but i am still not getting the code to my phone
