I opened a ticket #791895 and need it checked urgently as I am having to report multiple charges to my bank for same amount for add funds and want to know whats going on and my bank said to reach out to you guys. About an incorrect wallet amount and repeated charges the charges have been resolved and only 1 went through which is what have should happened thx to banks help but the funds added twice and there has been 3 attempts to charge me and i want to know i wont get unexpectedly charged again and when balance is correct so I can shop with gameflip as im a long time customer/seller and hope we can continue to do buisness
