Unable to sell on gameflip due to being uneligible?

I’ve been selling on Gameflip for a while and I went to go put a listing up and was not able to list it? I’ve got 145+ Positive ratings and 1 Bad because of no communication, I would like to have this reversed as I don’t know where to go to do so. My Gameflip code is K3GNNT

Yup I have almost 310 positive and one negative, I guess that is not good enough I am unable to sell a thing.
