Hi I’ve been a seller on Gameflip for a few years now I simply never thought verification was needed however I have slight suspicion that people would rather buy if I had the sales badge. Recently I decided to submit document verification and it stated it would only take x amount of days however it’s been 9 days since I last submitted verification just wanted to know if this was normal for anyone else. It did not take 9 days for me and that doesnt sound normal. While it does take a long time compared to most websites that ive done verification on, 9 days is ridiculous. I would open a ticket (usually waiting a few days), try to catch live chat while its active (idk when that is), wait for a response here, try facebook apparently they respond pretty quickly. BTW what is premium seller support? because i certainly havent noticed any premium features
