I’ve recently made 8 purchases for in-game Bundle Codes, the process was all fine and everything went through, but on my 8th,9th, and 10th purchase they’ve been under review for more then 12 hours and I was wondering If I can get any help on here, I’ve already submitted the Document Verification, both the identity & Phone, and have not received any response back. With this new situation, I’m currently losing money. Someone, please help me out, would truly appreciate it.

Usual processing time is 24h, system is checking every transaction so it might take some time to through. Btw suggestion is to add funds to your Wallet, then use it to purchase items, like that processing time is less than a minute :ok_hand:
