withdraw money failed

I tried to withdraw on 9 July. The withdrawal failed but the money didn’t credit into my Gameflip account. I have not received the withdrawal either. Also, i tried to withdraw money since 5 August. However, it still shows “needs approval” now. Can someone help me with this? My profile code is Z3EF3M
