If your digital game is in an account they key is usually your account’s login credentials

I have been through that. You need to authenticate the login once it is done you will be able to send messages
I have a question about the process as I just sold my first gift card. It was a barnes and nobles gift card that I discounted 50% because its not really that valuable of a brand. I selected the automatic delivery method. So how does this work, because the buyer has already depleted the gift card balance now. Why is the transaction say waiting for the buyer to accept if they already got the card information and have used it? What happens if they don’t respond and what happens if they file a dispute? I am not saying that they will, but it makes me nervous knowing they already got it and have used it while I still have not gotten paid.

What you’re seeing is completely normal. Even though the buyer has already redeemed and used the gift card, the transaction will continue to show “Waiting for buyer to accept” until they manually mark the order as complete.
If the buyer doesn’t respond, the system will automatically complete the transaction after the countdown ends, and you’ll receive your payment normally.

If the buyer opens a dispute, Gameflip Support will step in and request evidence from both sides. As long as you delivered a valid, unused code and provide proof (such as screenshots showing the balance before redemption), you’ll be protected.
