Been Suspended from gameflip for about a week now with no replies

my account was suspended for “making someone confirm the order without giving them the item” ive sent back 2 email asking why and wheres the proof and why didnt i get a warning or anything. No i did not make anyone confirm there order first. i have never asked anyone to do so, and if i did i would have bad reviews.
