BTC Application Payout Has been rejected

Hello ,

I have some founds on my wallet and I were requesting to payout with BTC , i were completing the application for BTC payout with my passport but i were receiving rejecting message .

i can see " Acceptable IDs include: Driver’s license, passport or national ID card. " , So why my request has been rejected ??

Now i were uploading with my National ID but my national ID with a Native language ,

I need some help please my code is : NDNWRH
