Can’t add funds?

I’m new to gameflip, signed up to buy rare pubg skins. I’ve set up account and when I go to add funds it’s says error: not valid. I was using a prepaid gift card so I tried my credit card and it says the same thing, any suggestions? My code is SSKKVV
