Hi, I have a reasonably decent account on gameflip with over 150 good reviews and a lot of transactions on my account but every time I add funds it is held under review for several days and then it refunds me after two days or so. It also tells me to verify my purchases or “adding funds” but I have verified my identity and my phone number but I am stuck now and am not sure what to do.

I see that the reason that your purchases are being put under review is due to the recent phone change you made in your account.
