On my knowledge, I’m not sure that you can cancel a withdrawal that has already been started.
Note that the payout for the withdrawal request can take up to 1-4 days to be paid, depending on the Bitcoin network congestion.

I have trouble to see what you mean.
Bitcoin exchange rate will be determined at the time of when the payout occurs, not when the withdrawal request occurs. This means that depending on the exchange rate, you may receive more or less than expected at the time of withdrawal request.

Pending transactions can be cancelled. But only a Mod or Support can help you do so. We can’t help with that.
You should contact Support regarding this as well while you wait for a reply here or DM a mod directly as stated above as well. ^^^
