Cannot Place An Order

Yesterday I registered an account by using google and added $7 to my wallet and when i found something that I wanted it would let me place the order the place order button is greyed out and will not do anything when pressed. I tried to add an address to see if that was the issue but it will not let me do that either so I really either need my money back or have this fixed.
