Change my registered Paypal

My brother’s Paypal account is registered into my main account and there’s no way to change the actual Paypal. Where/How can I change my Paypal

No point trying to change it, PayPal will no longer be an option by the 25th or 26th (should be a post here on the forum somewhere)
