sorry, i know its probably not your fault
apologies for the fire and brimstone effect,
in short it worked, mostly, they have refunded me allegedly
we just launched a full gameflip wide media blast to get their attention,
the fourm just fell on the shitlist because its with gameflip
If they give you a refund they would of told you they did. It could take up to 10 days after they give you the refund to get the money back if you payment was using a credit card.
