Hello Ben_Sainty
I was about to post a the exact same issue.
My code is HEBLPA.
Just posting so this can bring attention to someone.
I hope this can also be fixed.
Having exactly the same issues with all browsers on all pcs. Kind of a pain when trying to relist items etc
Hey everyone!
Sorry to hear about this issue.
Is this still happening?
If so, could you please provide me a screen recording or screenshot showing the browser console on the side?
This way, we could check with the team to see what is happening.
To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools . You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
Godspeed!
Thanks for the reply.
I opened console on the tab I had open and there was a whole load of 404 errors however before capturing i clicked CTRL & F5 to force reload the page and it loaded fine and has since let me log back in and navigate as usual so seems to be working as it should be again.
Hopefully this means its working for everyone else too. I will confirm tomorrow if it is still working fine.
Regards.
although it seems to be working fine atm there is still this error in console not sure if that is anything that needs addressing
Thank you
Hello @Ben_Sainty!
Thanks for the info on this issue.
Please inform me if the blank pages comes back so we can verify with the team ok.
Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and glad that everything is working again.
Godspeed!
The issue is fixed for me as well now. The .bundle.js definitely were faulty, but as mentioned, only for specific user agents. When the bug was still around yesterday, I messed around with the user agents. I originally got it to work again on PC by disabling the cache and switch to the “Android 2.3 - Nexus S” user agent. Those .bundle.js worked fine and as long as you kept those files cached, it would keep on working.
It would also explain why mobile still worked.
Opening gameflip with the developer console open seemed to also fix it for me and allow me to load and navigate as normal.
this happened with me, its a issue on your connection. setting a new DNS should work and if you need something else, it can happen that your IP is not working well : ( you can use a VPN to change your IP and load page again ; )
Same happened to me as well for last 1 week.
Changing screen display resolution to 1920 x 1080 makes gameflip pages appear normal. Changing to higher resolution shows white page.
is there a fix for this issue or not yet? I tried on a dif browser and no luck happened right after I made a purchase yesterday so haven’t been able to complete the purchase which kinda sucks for the seller.
Also having this issue. Messages, Notifications, and Start Selling are the only options I am able to access on PC without being met with a white screen. On mobile, I am met with a white screen in my messages tab.
Hey @saurabhsen, @Chillakilla99 and @AmazingPets!
Have you opened a ticket for this case? If so, could you please inform me?
Also, could you please provide me a screenshot of the Gameflip page showing the browser console on the side? Ps. Make sure to open the console and refresh the page to see what errors might pop-up and then take the screenshot showing the console and the page with the address bar.
This way, we could check the error that is appearing with the team to see what is happening.
